Keep healthy

    My cholesterol recently went over 200, so my Doctor gave me one year to reduce it or to go on medicine. By lowering my caloric intake to 1350-1200 most days and walking 30 minutes or more every day, I have lost 20 pounds. I am not sure if this reduced my cholesterol, by I vow to keep healthy.
