True success
As I was reflecting on a conversation today, I had this insight about my philosophy of leadership. I believe that Leaders are only there to help others succeed. Yes, there are tasks to be done, and no we don't want to do their job for them, but we need to help them be successful in their roles. To me that is how I know that I am succeeding...whether my teachers are. It may take some discussions and brainstorming, but isn't that what it takes to "lead" others.
