"It is better to offer no excuse than a bad one." -George Washington When I recently received a ticket for driving on the shoulder to pass a car that was turning left (come on we all do it!), I thought of going to court to fight it. Then I decided that I was wrong; I made the mistake so I should take the consequences. Too often we try to get out of things that we did wrong or even try to blame others.
