All work gives our life meaning
Voltaire said, "Work banishes those three great evils: boredom, vice and poverty." Although I feel there are more evils in this world than boredom, vice and poverty, I think that work does help control those problems. When I work, whether it is my career, parenting or volunteering, my days are full and have purpose and direction. All work gives my life meaning.
