Shopping is an action, not a feeling
Eric Hoffer, who was an American moral and social philosopher said, "You can never get enough of what you don't need to make you happy." People drink to try and feel better; gamble in an attempt to relieve their stress or shop to try and fill the emptiness in side of them. None of these vices will help in the end, and will problem lead to even more unhappiness. Drinking, gambling and shopping are actions, not feelings.
