The old saying about sticks and stones breaking my bones, but words not hurting me is not true. We have seen, unfortunately, with bullying that words can indeed hurt others. We are careful not to injure other people, yet we often say whatever is on our mind without much thought. We should use care though because words
can hurt and do become reality.
