Be= think+say+do
"Happiness is when what you think, what you say and what you do are all in harmony ." -Mahatma Gandhi I believe that the thinking can be the post difficult part of this equation for me. I choose to be a loving person. I say loving thoughts; I do loving things, but then I get angry and upset when others don't treat me the same in return.
