      A Yiddish proverb says, "A good cry lightens the heart ." Everyone always tells children to stop crying, to be a big kid. What is wrong with crying? It is healthy to let our emotions out and feel whatever we are feeling. We should not hold everything in; we should let our tears flow freely.
