We gain strength from adversity

    Soren Kierkegaard was quoted as saying, "Adversity draws men together and produces beauty an harmony in life's relationships, just as the cold of winter produces ice-flowers on the windowpanes, which vanish with the warmth." Many of the quotes in The Daily Book of Positive Quotations revolve around forgiveness, mistakes and problems. Today's is no different; problems help people to learn and grow in life. I have had a challenging last year, yet I have had the most success in writing and pursuing my dreams. Difficulties definitely made me follow my heart. We gain strength from adversity.
