Life keeps me young
"May the stars carry your sadness away. May the flowers fill your heart with beauty. May hope forever wipe away your tears. And above all, may silence make you strong," as said by Chief Dan George. I think that it is important to feel your sadness and then release it, but more importantly is to feel your happiness and hold onto it. Living life that way keeps me feeling young.
